Mid-Spring Give Away Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions for NcS Photography‘s Instagram Giveaway Contest as of 05/12/2023
Eligibility: The giveaway contest is open to participants who meet the following criteria:
Reside in [USA]
Are 18 years of age or older
Will be available for a 30-minute Mini Photo Session that will be held within 20 miles of Portland, Oregon, USA.
Entry: To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the contest post on Instagram. Entry requirements may include liking, sharing, following, or tagging friends. Entries complete, accurate, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.
Duration: The giveaway contest starts on May 12th, 2023, and ends on May 19th, 2023 at 11:59 PM PT. Only entries submitted before the deadline will be considered.
Prize: The winner will receive a 30-minute Mini Photo Session. There will be no cash alternatives to this prize. NcS Photography reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or service of equal value.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries by the deadline. The winner will be notified by e-mail on May 20th, 2023. If the winner does not respond within 2 days, another winner will be selected. Give Away must be used by July 12th, 2023.
Publicity: By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow NcS Photography to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.
Liability: NcS Photography is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless NcS Photography and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Governing Law: The giveaway contest and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of USA/Oregon.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or related to the giveaway contest or these terms and conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration per the rules of the American Arbitration Association (Commercial Arbitration and Mediation Center for the Americas Mediation and Arbitration Rules). The arbitration will occur in Portland, USA/Oregon, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
Modification: NcS Photography reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway contest without notice. NcS Photography also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
